Principal’s Message

Welcome to Griffin Middle School!

It is truly an honor to serve as the principal of this historic and inspiring school community. Every day, I am grateful for the opportunity to lead alongside dedicated administrators, teachers and staff, supportive families, and incredible students who bring energy, talent, and hope to our campus.

As we continue moving our school forward, our vision remains clear: we are rooted in power and rising in purpose. Our history gives us strength, our community gives us momentum, and our students give us purpose. Together, we are building a future where every learner is empowered to thrive academically, socially, and personally while building character every single day.

At Griffin, we live by our daily saying: “High Expectations, High Achievement.” These words are more than a motto—they are a promise. A promise that we will challenge ourselves, support one another, and create an environment where excellence is not just encouraged but expected. When we collectively commit to showing up with purpose, pride, and positivity, there is truly nothing we can’t accomplish together. This commitment is how we, the mighty Tigers,  respect the roar each day!

Thank you for your partnership, your trust, and your belief in the limitless potential of our school community. The best is yet to come, and I am excited for all we will achieve—rooted in power and rising in purpose together.

With gratitude and determination,

Kerri Anderson, Proud PrinciPAL
